KONAV Technologies provides Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions including but not limited to:

  • OAK-HR: Human Resource Management System
  • OAK-School: Enterprise Resource Planning for educational institutions
  • SCASA: HRMS solution for construction industry
  • JobFlow Pro: Recruitment and staffing platform
  • Flash1: Test automation tool

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and code, are the exclusive property of KONAV Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any of our content without prior written consent.

6. Subscription and Payment

Certain services may require payment of fees. By subscribing to a paid service, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
  • Provide accurate billing information
  • Authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees

Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law.

7. Service Availability

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that our services will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or meet your specific requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KONAV TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KONAV Technologies Pvt. Ltd., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use our services will immediately cease
  • You must cease all use of our services
  • Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and KONAV Technologies Pvt. Ltd. regarding your use of our services.
